Triptii Dimri Tops IMDb’s Most Popular Indian Stars of 2024, Surpassing Bollywood Icons

Triptii Dimri has made a remarkable rise in Bollywood, and she’s now achieved a major milestone.

The actress has been named the Most Popular Indian Star of 2024 in a list revealed by IMDb, surpassing some of the biggest names in the industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt.

On Thursday, IMDb unveiled its full list of the top 10 film personalities, with Triptii securing the top spot.

Deepika Padukone claimed second place, followed by Ishaan Khatter, Shah Rukh Khan, and Sobhita Dhulipala in the top five.

Sharvari Wagh, Aishwarya Rai, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Alia Bhatt, and Prabhas filled the remaining slots.

Announcing the list, IMDb shared on Instagram, “The wait is over! Presenting the Most Popular Indian Stars of 2024 who lit up our screens and your IMDb searches! Did your favorite make it to the list?" These rankings are based on the actual page views of over 250 million monthly IMDb visitors.

In response, Triptii expressed her gratitude, saying, “It is indeed a huge honour to be ranked No. 1 on the list.

Triptii gained widespread attention after her role in Ranbir Kapoor's Animal and has since delivered consecutive hits in 2024, including Bad Newz, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. She will next be seen in Dhadak 2, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi.
